BECOME A PARAMOTOR PILOT

Leading Edge PPG focuses on providing a thorough course of instruction, small class sizes, high quality equipment for training, and a safe environment to learn.
Courses typically take 7-9 days to complete to become a confident and safe pilot ready to fly on your own.
We understand the joy that personal flight can bring and can't wait to share that with you!

COURSE DETAILS
The training course focuses on a mix of practical skills and theoretical knowledge. There is a lot more than simply skill involved in being a paramotor pilot.
The course trains to a USPPA PPG2 level, up to 25 flights under instructor supervision and Leading Edge PPG provides all of the equipment. No need to purchase any gear until you are already flying and can make an informed purchasing decision with the assistance of an experienced instructor.
Over the course of training, we'll have about 20 hours off site in the airport classroom for ground school, post flight video debriefs, and time for discussions and questions. Ground school subjects include regulations, airspace, weather, motor maintenance, glider design, safety, and first flights.
Out on the field, you are brought through a building blocks system starting with a tandem flight, kiting the glider, motor flight simulation, glider towing, and taxi practice all leading up to student's first solo flights.
We pride ourselves on using quality modern equipment, utilizing all the best proven training strategies including towing, motor simulation, & tandem flights, and providing a thorough ground school curriculum.

Justin and Alexis are both certified USPPA Instructors and adhere to the high standards of training established by the USPPA.
We are proud to have successfully trained hundreds of students to fly solo and be confident in their skills.
